Step 1: Download

	Adobe Illustrator	Download wood ornament (AI)
	Adobe Acrobat Distiller	Download wood ornament (PDF)

Kindly note the following when prepare your file:

1. We accept PDF and AI files.
2. All texts must be converted to curves/paths.
3. All outlines must be converted to object/paths.
4. Overlapping geometries must be merged to form one path.

Once you have finsihed designing your file, send it to us here quoting your order number (if available).

Step 3: Continue with your order

After you have submitted your custom wood ornament design file following the steps above, please continue to place your wood ornament order and proceed to checkout. We will contact you if there are any problems with your uploaded file.
